The Kremlin named the main advantage of the exam

Assistant to President Fursenko: The Unified State Exam has ceased to be a guessing game

The Unified State Exam (USE) has become not the most difficult, but objective. This was stated by Assistant to the President of Russia Andrei Fursenko at a meeting with the finalists of the All-Russian competition “Big Change”, writes TASS.

According to him, the Unified State Exam is a certain level of entrance tests, with which a student demonstrates the opportunity to study further. At the same time, the main advantage of the exam is its objectivity, since no one can “deliberately fail” a student. Fursenko also stressed that now the USE has ceased to be a “guessing game”. “It's just written work. Like any job that is broad in nature, it has its pluses and minuses, “the Kremlin spokesman said.

Fursenko also noted that the introduction of this form of certification had the greatest impact on the graduates of the capital's schools. He explained that before, Muscovites could prepare for entering universities with tutors who could know what questions would be on a particular exam. However, now Moscow schoolchildren are in an equal situation with students “from any provincial city or remote village.”

Earlier, the Ministry of Education answered the question about the format of the Unified State Exam in 2022. According to the head of the department Sergey Kravtsov, the exam will be held in full-time format.

In October it became known that the Unified State Exam in Russia in 2022 will be held from March 21 to July 2.
