He stressed that improperly selected breakfast products have a negative effect on metabolic processes organism and advised to be more careful about what is worth cooking. In his opinion, the morning food that Russians eat often turns out to be either too fatty or too sweet, and sometimes both together.

The expert warned against eating sweet food in the morning, since it does not saturate for a long time , and also leads to a “sugar hit”, which has a harmful effect on human metabolic processes. It is also not recommended to make a breakfast consisting of a large amount of butter and cheese, since the body receives a load of fat instead of energy, the nutritionist summed up.
