Over the past three months, this is the third case, which is associated with the shooting of deputies in the center of the capital of Abkhazia.

On the night of October 1, the deputy of the parliament of Abkhazia Almaskhan Ardzinba opened fire from a machine gun near the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Later it turned out that the deputy had acquired and kept the weapon illegally. According to preliminary data, no one was hurt.
On September 30, another member of parliament, Garry Kokaya, opened fire from a pistol near a restaurant on the embankment of Sukhum. According to the Abkhaz Telegram channels, police officers led by Dmitry Dbar arrived at the noise. A fight broke out between the deputy and the minister, as a result of which Kokaya was injured. At the sight of the police officers, Kokai behaved aggressively, refused to surrender his weapon and fled the scene.
