I suppose it won't do without it, ”the political scientist believes.
He added that Lukashenka understands well that Europe is largely toothless, it is unable to impose serious sanctions, and is unable to take tough and prompt measures. The President of Belarus, according to the political scientist, takes advantage of the softness of Western politicians and uses it to achieve their own ambitious goals.
