Zolotov nominated a SOBR soldier who died during a special operation in St. Petersburg
According to him, the head of the Russian Guard, Viktor Zolotov, presented the soldier posthumously to the Order of Courage for his courage and loyalty to his official duty.
9 November, on Pulkovskoe highway, a special operation took place with the participation of employees of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard to catch telephone fraudsters who were engaged in deceiving citizens under the pretext of helping relatives in trouble, for example, in an accident. One of the suspects is Aleksey Pokrepo, a native of Volgograd.
According to investigators, he was driving a Fiat Ducato and knocked down Lieutenant Colonel Zakharov to death and disappeared. He was detained in hot pursuit. He was arrested on suspicion of committing crimes under Articles 317 (“Encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer”) and 159 (“Large-scale fraud”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
