Russians ridiculed a model apartment from the 90s

Housing with unique interiors from the 90s was put up for sale in Barnaul

An apartment for sale in Barnaul for 4.5 million rubles with unique interiors from the 90s, reports Altapress.ru portal. The living space is crammed with bulky furniture, carpets and paintings in gilded frames.

The four-room apartment is located in a panel high-rise building on Gushchina Street, its total area is 97 square meters. All furnishings, if desired, can go to the new owners.

The walls of the apartment are covered with burgundy wallpaper, there are carpets on the floors, the windows are closed with multilayer curtains. Leather armchairs, glossy ceilings, paintings, and a variety of decor items also stand out – all these are elements of exemplary housing at the end of the last millennium.

Netizens left many malicious comments on the news about the sale of housing. “This classic of the 90s lacks two cows with beer under the balcony,” one of the readers noted. “It’s impossible to sell even in the twisted fantasies in their head,” added another. “There are repairs – do not redo. Red wallpaper, and the bathroom … ”, – the third was amazed. In general, users considered the apartment overpriced.

Earlier, the network ridiculed a micro-apartment with a toilet and a kitchen on the balcony, also for sale in Barnaul. The Russians pointed out the absurdity of such a layout. Some have questioned its legality.
