Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov: under the law on the foundations of state policy, Kiev will withdraw from the Minsk agreements 
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov predicted that in the event the adoption of the law on the foundations of the state policy of the transitional period in Ukraine, Kiev will exit the Minsk complex of measures. His words are quoted by TASS.

Lavrov recalled that France and Germany at a very high level assured Russia that they would do everything so that this law was not adopted, but no action has been taken since then … “And as we see from the events in the Verkhovna Rada, the process of approving this bill is in full swing,” he said.
Earlier, Lavrov said that the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine could be accelerated if Washington forced Kiev to respect the position of the United States and the UN Security Council on the observance of “Minsk-2”. The diplomat also said that no new dates for the meeting in the “Normandy format” to resolve the situation in Donbass are being discussed.
