Golikova: the requirement for QR codes will not apply to children

“The law does not in any way & nbsp; affect children and & nbsp; adolescents, you & nbsp; know that while & nbsp; RF & nbsp; a decision was made on & nbsp; vaccination of the child population, vaccination begins at & nbsp; 18 years. And & nbsp; therefore, all the regulation, which is reflected here, is aimed at & nbsp; citizens over 18 years old & raquo;, & nbsp; & mdash; She said.

Earlier, the government submitted to the State Duma bills on the & nbsp; introduction of QR codes indicating & nbsp; vaccination against coronavirus in & nbsp; transport and & nbsp; in & nbsp; public places.

So, when visiting of cultural institutions, catering facilities and retail trade, as well as on railway and air transport, Russians will have to present either a QR code confirming that they have been vaccinated against coronavirus, or a document on a past illness, or a certificate of a medical withdrawal from vaccination.

В & nbsp; the Cabinet clarified that & nbsp; this measure will not & nbsp; affect pharmacies, stores with & nbsp; products and & nbsp; essential goods.
