A Russia-US meeting on climate at the level of relevant departments will take place in the coming weeks

According to him, the first meeting on this issue had already taken place via videoconference before the 26th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change ( COP26) in Glasgow.
“Following the meeting, there is an understanding that contacts at the level of departments will continue. We expect that the next meeting via videoconference will be held in the coming weeks, the exact time has not yet been determined, “the Deputy Prime Minister said.
Earlier it became known that more than 450 financial companies from 45 countries of the world have united in the Financial Alliance Glasgow for Carbon Neutrality (GFANZ), which aims to fight climate change. Banks, insurance, audit companies, stock exchanges, rating agencies and pension funds became participants in the initiative.
