The Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug opened the 19th kindergarten this year

Governor of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov opened the 19th kindergarten for 240 pupils Governor of the region Dmitry Artyukhov opened a new kindergarten “Sevensvetik” for 240 children. This kindergarten, built with minimal participation of budgetary funds, became the 19th open in the district over the past year.

Currently, 25 preschool institutions are being built in the region as part of the President's order to provide all children with places in a nursery. Thanks to the program, more than 4,000 places have already been created in Yamal and the queue for preschool institutions has been completely eliminated.

The head of Novy Urengoy, Andrey Voronov, and General Director of Transneft Siberia, Rustem Islamov, took part in the opening of the kindergarten. The kindergarten was built within the framework of an agreement between the plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in the Urals Federal District, the government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Tyumen Region and the Transneft company.

“We are almost completing our large program of construction of 25 new kindergartens. For the Korotchaevo region, it is of particular importance. Yesterday, all kindergartens here were made of wood. And with the commissioning of new preschool institutions, we will transfer all the children to capital new buildings. This is a new stage in the development of preschool education in Korotchaevo, “said Dmitry Artyukhov.

The new garden for children has a swimming pool, an interactive climbing wall, and a multimedia studio. There is also a modern medical unit with a dental office, where children can undergo preventive examinations and treatment. A psychological relief room is also open.
