At the same time, the certificates of those residents of the country who had expired six months from the date of the illness were also reset.

On November 8, as a result problems on the portal, a message appeared that the validity period of QR codes was reduced from one year to six months. The ministry explained the incident with a technical failure. The head of the department, Maksut Shadayev, said that the failure on the portal affected 300 thousand out of 50 million users. A technical error occurred when the developers renewed certificates in accordance with a new order from the Ministry of Health. Shadayev added that the problem was fixed in four hours.
