Some users of public services on Monday, November 8, noticed that the validity period of QR codes changed from 12 to 6 months. This happened due to the technical work that was carried out on the portal.
Currently, the portal of public services is operating normally, QR codes are being restored.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health announced the need to shorten the period actions of QR codes. They added that the vaccination certificate is valid for a year, because initially its validity period was designed for the Wuhan strain of COVID-19.
From November 8, Russians can receive new certificates of vaccination against coronavirus, medical contraindications to it or about the past illness. The document is available in English and Russian, and can be obtained in paper or electronic form. The certificate will contain detailed information about the owner, data from SNILS and the compulsory medical insurance policy, as well as contraindications to vaccination.
