Anatoly Vyborny: the inevitability of punishment will solve the problem of crime among migrants

He believes that it is necessary to work on the establishment of a powerful prevention, within which control over migrants would be established so that “there was no thought of hooliganism.”
Among the measures necessary for crime prevention, the politician also called the genomic registration of labor migrants, which was recently proposed by the head of the RF IC, Alexander Bastrykin.
“Thanks to DNA, in the event of a crime, it will be possible to quickly identify the perpetrators and prosecute. In my opinion, this is one of the measures that deserves attention and elaboration, implementation in the form of a bill and the adoption of a law, ”Vyborny concluded.
Department of Legal Support and International Cooperation to prepare amendments to federal legislation, providing for mandatory genomic registration of labor migrants. The State Duma called such a measure correct and necessary for the prevention of crime.
