The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law in the conduct of the citizens of horticulture for their own needs. On Sunday, July 30, reported on the Kremlin website. It shall enter into force on 1 January 2019.
“The legal framework for the regulation of relations arising in connection with the conduct of the citizens of horticulture for their own needs, and identifies specific features of civil law provisions created for these purposes, non-commercial organizations”, — the document says.
Provides that citizens can create non-profit partnerships to engage in these activities.
In addition, the law regulates the relations pertaining to common property, provision of land, construction of capital facilities.
The Federal law was adopted by the State Duma on July 20 and approved by the Federation Council on July 25.
