On the wreck of the cargo ship near Crimea resumed the search
SIMFEROPOL, 30 Jul — RIA Novosti. The search for the ninth member of the crew sank in the international waters off the coast of Crimea of the vessel Anda resumed on Sunday morning, a strong excitement of the sea and wind in the area of the crash of the cargo ship there, told RIA Novosti at the Maritime rescue sub-centre of Rosmorrechflot of Sevastopol.
The ship Anda carrying 24 thousand tons of wheat, fell in the storm in the neutral waters off the coast of Crimea. On Board were a crew of nine — three citizens of India and six Syrians. Eight crew members rescued, one was not found. Maritime rescue sub-centre “Sevastopol” (subordinate to Rosmorrechflot) announced that the Anda cargo ship sank at a depth of 1.7 meters.
Eight rescued foreign seamen were delivered the day before in Yalta, and the Livadia admitted to hospital, their condition is satisfactory. After medical procedures the crew will leave the territory of the Russian Federation. In fact PE initiated a criminal case on violation of safety rules, entailed death of the person, has informed a press-service SK of Russia.
