BEIJING, July 30. /TASS/. China first demonstrated on Sunday at the parade in honor of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the people’s liberation army (PLA) newest Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) national development DF-31AG.

As noted in the report of China Central television, the maximum range of the missile exceeds 10 thousand km.
The parade was attended by 12 thousand servicemen and 600 pieces of equipment, among which more than 100 aircraft. It is expected that many armaments will be demonstrated for the first time.
The history of the PLA dates back to Nanchanskoe uprising on 1 August 1927 when stationed in Nanchang part of the Kuomintang army opposed the anti-Communist coup by the Kuomintang party. During Nanchanskoe uprising formed the nucleus of the future military-political leadership of the PRC.
