A criminal case on the fact of flooding in the neutral waters of the Black sea cargo ship “Anda” (ANDA) in part 2 of article 263 of the criminal code “Violation of safety rules of movement and operation of sea and inland water transport which have entailed causing of a large damage or have entailed on imprudence death of the person”.
