YEKATERINBURG, July 27. /TASS/. The electoral Commission of the Sverdlovsk region will be directed to the mayor of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman notice the absence of documents required for registration as a candidate on elections of the Sverdlovsk Governor. About it on Thursday have informed in a press-service of regional election Committee.
“On 27 July, the members of the election Committee voted for sending notices of the absence of documents required for registration as a candidate for the office of Governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Krasnomovets Olesya, Oleg Sotnikov, Victor Kostromin and Yevgeny Roizman,” – said there.
Commission of regional election Committee issued a warning to candidates on a post of the Sverdlovsk Governor Alexey Parfenov (Communist party) and Dmitry Ionina (“Fair Russia”) for violating the rules of campaigning. “Identified cases of candidates produced campaign materials (posters) out of specially equipped places (buildings, structures, power poles, bus shelters and other objects). Both candidates proposed to conduct election campaigning in accordance with the requirements of the electoral legislation and to remove printed campaign materials posted on sites with violations of the law”, – noted in the electoral Commission.
On Wednesday the electoral Commission of the Sverdlovsk region, has completed the reception of documents, including signatures to pass the municipal filter required for registration of candidates. The electoral Commission has not received documents from the mayor of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman (“Apple”), Victor Kostromina (“People against corruption”), Oleg Sotnikov (the Party of veterans of Russia) and Olesya Krasnomovets (“Patriots of Russia”).
Documents and signatures to pass the municipal filter passed six candidates: state Duma Deputy Igor Toroshin (LDPR), the Deputy Gordumy Ekaterinburg Dmitry Sergin (Russian party of pensioners for social justice), the Deputy of legislative Assembly of region Dmitry Ionin (“Fair Russia”), the managing Director of “Plus Bank” Alexey Parfenov (CPRF), Deputy of the city Duma of Ekaterinburg Konstantin Kiselev (“Green”) and acting Governor of Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev.
Elections of the Governor of Sverdlovsk region will be held September 10.
