Tasks for the summer
Boris Gryzlov on terms of economic growth, the upcoming “United Russia”.
The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the party “United Russia” Boris Gryzlov in an article for the “Kommersant” told about the program of stimulation of economic growth, which now operates one of the working groups of the Supreme Council of the party. In his opinion, for the rapid implementation of the growth potential of the economy and the welfare of the population should be “to apply the new approaches and to equalize the socio-economic relations” in Russia.
The political season 2017-2018 years will be a crucial period in the life of our state. The reason is not only the presidential election in March 2018, but the need to move the socio-economic system of the country to a new quality. Quality, which can guarantee economic growth rate above the world average, and the rise of the welfare of Russian citizens.
We all understand that it is necessary to ensure sustainable development planning it for a long period, at least until 2030. Yesterday’s task was to keep the country in a very rigid, as we have seen, the world, to ensure financial stability, to create a springboard for moving forward. The task today is to create and make reality the way of the future. Image, attractive and older, and for younger generations who are the future have to form.
To solve the task have matured a set of prerequisites. They were formed from the beginning of the XXI century: at the stage of rapid economic growth in the period 2000-2008, at the stage of overcoming the consequences of the global financial crisis in 2009-2010, the restorative growth period in 2011-2013 and finally, in 2014, the year of the return of the Crimea, gaining new confidence in the future of Russia as a great power.
We showed ourselves and the world the stability of our economy and political system, ability to implement unprecedented projects, achieve goals, and to resist any pressure and threats. The country is entering the path of growth — but neither the pace nor quality parameters of this growth and its impact for the people still can not satisfy us. More needs to be done.
Welfare: mission and purpose
In the beginning of this year, implementing the program of “United Russia”, Supreme Council of the party, called to determine the party’s strategy, created a working group responsible for elaboration of proposals for the development strategy of the country. They should be submitted to the society and the state, including in the form of reports on specific areas.
One of the areas we marked as “the well-being and socio-economic development”. This is one of the three working groups along with groups on issues of foreign policy and the state-political construction. And it is designed to formulate approaches to this important issue, developing our election programme — and therefore the obligation of the party to the citizens of Russia.
A key concept we build the future today is the word “welfare” as a goal and as a means of sustainable and successful development of the country. Thanks to the consistent implementation of a course of Vladimir Putin have the opportunity to ensure the real welfare of the Russian people. While we are aware that Russia is the mass of the national wealth has yet to be established.
The participants noted that the mission of the Russian state, the spiritual and material well-being of the multinational Russian people. The external mission of the Russian state is to provide the global terms of this wealth. And for this to ensure the sustainable development of humankind in an interconnected world, and combine technological and social progress with respect for age-old values of traditional religions of the peoples of Russia, built on the basis of the norms of humanism.
We are convinced that the path to this goal we must not allow any revolutionary break. A century ago an attempt to destroy “everything” is costly to the people of our country. Also, we should not hope for some kind of comprehensive doctrine that will quickly solve all existing problems. “United Russia”, like most of our society prefers consistent and systemic changes in the socio-economic structure of the country. A number of such transformations there is urgent.
