Almost two thirds of Russians are exposed to negative environmental factors, said the head of Ministry of Russia Sergey Donskoy. His statement was published on Tuesday, July 25, RIA Novosti. “The estimated population of Russia is exposed to any negative environmental factors in connection with the contamination of drinking water, atmospheric air and soil, in 2015 amounted to 89 million people”, — Donskoy said during a meeting of the coordinating Council of commissioners for human rights on the protection of human rights to a favourable environment. In 27 regions, according to him, there is a pronounced hygienic problems.
