MOSCOW, 24 Jul — RIA Novosti. A mathematician from Budapest came to the conclusion that the main “winner” in the TV series “Game of thrones” will become a favorite of the audience with Tyrion Lannister, or a schemer Peter Baelish, Theon Greyjoy, according to the online edition Phys.org.
“I think I was not the only one who was interested in what my favourite characters in the current season of the series, and who will survive until the beginning of next season. In the world of Martin social status of the characters and the number of true friends is very important, and I have analyzed the position of each character using the methods of network analysis and machine learning,” writes Milan Anosov (Janosov Milan) from the Central European University in Budapest (Hungary).
The series “Game of thrones” TV channel HBO, loosely based on the books by George R. R. Martin, has become largely known and popular due to the fact that every season a large number of his key characters unexpectedly dies or loses its status and importance in society. Anosov decided not to wait and tried to predict who will die in the seventh and eighth season of the series, analyzing the most influential and skillful players of “Game of Thrones”, such as Peter Baelish and Tyrion Lannister, was their main resource of communication with other powerful characters and the ability to influence their actions and deeds.
