The index, according to him, created to identify key problems in the development of each individual city. “Proper landscaping activates urban areas that become places of attraction for citizens,” said Plutnik.
Currently, research using this index, conducted in the 90 largest towns. In September will be presented the results of the analysis of the situation in cities with population from 100 to 230 thousand people. For the rest of the 943 cities the study will be completed by early 2018.
The current ratings, according to the head of AHML, designed mainly for Metropolitan areas and large cities.
A new index developed by a joint Federal program “Arrow” and the seller with the support of the Ministry of construction. “Our Program aims not only to improve the cities, but also on training of architects and builders across the country and the formation of valuable staff,” said Plutnik.
