Rospotrebnadzor will check the safety of the spinners
MOSCOW, 18 Jul — RIA Novosti. The CPS intends to investigate spinners, the Ministry has prepared recommendations for parents wishing to protect children, told reporters in a press-service of Rospotrebnadzor.
The CPS drew attention to the fact that recently in Russia there is “aggressive promotion in child and adolescent environment, the so-called spinners”.
“Given the anxiety the parent and teaching community, the CPS together with the research organizations in the field of health protection of children and adolescents will study the impact of spinners on children’s health, including possible negative consequences”, — told the Agency.
The CPS recommends that parents who have decided to purchase a spinner to the child, not to buy them in inappropriate places with it.
The Agency also recommends to pay attention to extraneous sharp chemical smell of the object, its increased noise. In case of detection of these deficiencies should abandon the use.
The Ministry said that if a toy children play, you should check it for broken parts, spinners with glowing elements and a miniature galvanic battery (the”clock” battery) should be used by preschool children under the supervision of adults to avoid accidental ingestion or contact with the nasal passages of small parts.
