Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergei Ryabkov, after a meeting with U.S. Undersecretary of state for political Affairs Thomas Shannon told reporters that Moscow and Washington are close to an agreement on diplomatic property of the Russian Federation, the arrested informed the American side.
