Washington refuses to issue visas to Russian diplomats, who should replace members of the Russian Embassy, expelled from the U.S. in December. On Friday, July 14, said the official representative of the foreign Ministry of Russia Maria Zakharova. The video briefing is on page offices in Facebook.
“Washington is not only not reversed the decision to expel our employees, but also refusing to issue visas to those who have to go on a replacement,” — said Zakharov.
According to the representative of the foreign Ministry, Moscow is ready to respond to this mirror measures. “I would not like to bring to extreme measures. Zakharova stressed that Russia expects a more constructive approach in this matter after the meeting of presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald trump.
On July 14 it became known that the administration of the President of the United States Donald trump is considering the return to Russia of departmenet, wanting “to give a chance to cooperation”. It was stressed that this will be the case, if the White house will see the “integrity” of Russia — in particular, in the Syrian issue.
In late December, the us authorities declared persona non grata and sent 35 Russian diplomats. Also, the Embassy staff was denied access to two residential complexes, the so — called suburban dachas of Russia’s permanent mission in new York and the Russian Embassy in Washington.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited children of American diplomats, working in Russia for new year and Christmas tree in the Kremlin. He stressed that workers of the American depodesta will not be expelled from the country.
