History of the salon started with the first Russian aviation exhibition “mosaeroshow-92”. But since its official inception in 1993, the international aviation and space salon (MAKS) has become a unique exhibition space. It was possible to see Russian prototypes of flying machines, experimental installations, military complexes, which for several reasons could not be shown abroad.
This year at the MAKS-2017 is expected to premiere medium-haul passenger aircraft MS-21 and multipurpose fighter MiG-35 and the flight program for the first time will be demonstrated formation aerobatics on the four newest fighter su-35S.
