The inhabitant of Miass, Chelyabinsk region, was fined a thousand rubles for a vacation in the woods in the jacket of the DPS, which it was not. This was reported on the website of the city court.
The incident occurred in June. Police seized the Urals jacket, since it preserved the chevrons and the stars captain. The man admitted his guilt and explained that the thing he got from a relative who served in the traffic police.
The man was prosecuted under article 17.12 of the administrative code (“Illegal carrying of uniform with symbols of law enforcement”).
In April, in the Kuban the same punishment received the man who the police met in uniform with the insignia near the building of the interior Ministry in the city of Slavyansk.
In February was fined the inhabitant of the Kurgan region who wore army uniform with the insignia brought home after the service.
