Rescuers once again warn of strong winds, rains and hail in the Central Federal district
VORONEZH, July 13 — RIA Novosti. Rain, thunderstorms, hail and wind speeds of up to 20 meters per second are expected in some regions of Central Russia on Thursday evening and on Friday, reported the regional emergency Department.
Since the beginning of July in Central Russia has experienced unusually cold weather with lots of rain and strong winds. On Tuesday, rescuers were warned about the weather in five regions of the Central Federal district, and before — already in 11 regions.

Night and morning fogs. Wind gusts during the thunderstorm in some places 15 to 20 meters per second”, — said the General Directorate of EMERCOM of the region.
The same weather, according to regional emergency Department is expected Thursday night and Friday in Lipetsk and Kursk regions. In the Tambov and Bryansk regions — rain, thunderstorms and winds up to 18 meters per second, in the Tula region — thunderstorms, hail, and wind gusts up to 17 meters per second in Moscow’s heavy rains.
In the Vladimir region, according to the report UMCHS, rain, thunderstorm, possible hail, and strong wind up to 20 meters per second. In the Ivanovo and Smolensk regions on Friday are forecasted thunderstorms, rains and winds up to 17 meters per second. In addition, in the Smolensk region, according to weather forecasters, may fall grad.
Rescuers warn that due to the bad weather increasing the likelihood of breakages of transmission lines and communication, disturbances in system utilities. A strong wind can cause the collapse labourales, large-format and shabby designs. It is also possible to increase the number of accidents on the roads, injuries among the population.
