“The main priorities is ensuring the safety of Americans and protecting our country. This bill provides funding for resources to start the construction of a wall along our southern border, extending the existing infrastructure to border security, hiring a larger number of guards and the financing of the operation of detention”, — leads edition of the words of the head of the appropriations Subcommittee on homeland security of the United States John Carter.
According to the newspaper, the bill also denies one of the promises of the US President Donald trump about the fact that Mexico will pay for the construction of the wall.
Earlier it was reported that the U.S. administration will propose financing for the construction of a wall on the border with Mexico in the draft budget for the 2018 fiscal year, which begins on October 1 (2017 calendar year).
The construction of the wall to fight with illegal immigrants and crime was one of the key campaign promises of President Donald trump.
