The introduction of biometrics for Russians crossing the border with Ukraine, testifies about the fear of Kiev to the personal relationships of the peoples of the two countries.
The corresponding statement the Russian foreign Ministry published on its website on Tuesday, July 11.
“Kiev continues to stubbornly stick by a vicious line at break contacts for millions of citizens of the two countries”, — stated in the message. The foreign Ministry did not rule out that the Ukrainian authorities “are ready to build a new iron curtain, but would not allow a normal human and related communication” of Russians and Ukrainians.
In Moscow regret that the desire of the authorities of the neighboring state to block the possibility of communication between citizens, added the Agency.
On the eve of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced the introduction of biometrics for all foreigners who cross the state border.
