The court refused to accept the request to send the Bulk to the colony
MOSCOW, 11 Dec — RIA Novosti. Simonovsky court of Moscow has got no one signed the statement with the requirement to replace opposition leader Alexei Navalny a suspended sentence for real, and in this connection it refused to accept it for review, said RIA Novosti on Tuesday the press-Secretary of the court Victor Vasiliev.
“The statement … there is no signature, so it is not accepted,” said the spokesman, without specifying other details.
Earlier, a source in law enforcement told RIA Novosti that the FPS didn’t ask to change Navalny a suspended sentence for real. According to him, this information is “not true”.
Brothers Alex and Oleg Navalny in December 2014 he was convicted of stealing more than 26 million rubles from the company “Yves Rocher” and over 4 million rubles from “multi processing company” and for the legalization of more than 21 million rubles. For in force the verdict, Alexei Navalny got a 3.5-year suspended sentence, and Oleg Navalny — the same term, but real prison.
In addition, Alexei Navalny is the second conviction, conditional, in the case of embezzlement of 16 million rubles from the company “Kirovles”. In mid-may it became known that the “Kirovles” through court has demanded to collect from the defendants the whole caused to the company damage. The process will begin in Nikulinskiy court of Moscow on July 18.
Previously, the Federal penitentiary service had repeatedly appealed to the courts with such motions, but each time was refused, the last time in September 2016. The petition concerned a case of “Yves Rocher” and “Kirovles”.
