He also commented on the first meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald trump, comparing it with the predecessor Barack Obama.

Putin and trump held his first meeting Friday on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Hamburg. Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that “trump said he heard the clear statements of President Putin about that… the Russian government did not intervene (in American elections), and he takes these allegations”. On Saturday, Putin himself said the us leader “noted and agreed” with his statements that Russia has not interfered in the elections in the United States. Trump himself has not yet commented on his conversation with Putin, restricting only phrase that she was “stunning” in importance.
Putin on the second day of the summit held meetings with the presidents of France and Turkey Emmanuel Macron and Tayyip Erdogan, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, participated in a trilateral meeting with Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
