Only 11% of Russians receive compensation for processing, stated in the Fes.
MOSCOW, 11 Dec — RIA Novosti. A third of Russians (32%) said that constantly linger at work, at the same time receive compensation only 11%, the press service of the Fes.

“Of those surveyed 32% said that continually working late, 30% delayed rarely (1-2 times per month) and 28% often (1-2 times a week) and only about 10% of respondents said that never be late for work”, — stated in the message.
As noted, not all employers offer overtime pay. So, 11% of respondents reported that they receive financial compensation for the “processing”, 8% of workers delay in work kompensiruet in the form of compensatory time off, and almost 60% of respondents in case of delays at work get no compensation.
According to the survey, more than 40% of respondents are willing to stay at work in case of payment for such hours at double the rate.
In the Fes recalled that the procedure for payment of overtime prescribed in article 152 of the Labour code of the Russian Federation. For the first two hours worked in excess of the normal working time, provided the compensation is a half rate, over the next hours — not less than twice. The concrete sizes of payment for overtime may be determined by collective agreement, local normative act or labour contract.
It is emphasized that at the request of the worker overtime work instead of the raised payment can be compensated by extra rest time, but not less time spent overtime.
