Russia can lower the level of their representation at NATO to chargé d’affaires. On Monday, July 10, the newspaper “Izvestia”.
It was suggested that this could happen after the resignation of the current permanent representative of Russia to NATO Alexander Grushko. It is noted that Moscow will leave in Brussels chargé d’affaires, if in the near future in relations between Russia and NATO will be a positive change. “However, the Ministry stressed that they are ready to talk and discuss with NATO and find it useful, but when any conversation turns into accusations, the conversation loses all meaning”, — the newspaper writes.
The interlocutors of “Izvestia” in the Ministry of foreign Affairs also said that Moscow has no doubt that the Council Russia — the NATO at Ambassador level, which will be held July 13, will bring some result.
