Petty-bourgeois court of Moscow has fined on 20 thousand rubles, Ildar Dading picket at a building of capital management of FSB, reports “Interfax” on Friday, July 7.
The oppositionist was found guilty of violating the rules of holding rallies (part 2 of article 20.2 of the administrative code).
His guilt to the crime Dading is not admitted, stating that he participates in protests out of principle.
According to the Agency, he was detained on Wednesday, July 5, and was taken to the police Department. There Dading stayed until morning, when he was supposed to be a trial, but the activist asked to postpone the meeting on Friday.
Earlier on June 29, the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow rejected the claim of the Dading to the Federal penitentiary service, the Prosecutor General and the Investigative Committee of Russia compensation of 350 thousand rubles for the transfer of media recordings from the security cameras in the colony where he was serving time.
May 12, Dading and ten other activists were arrested for reading the Constitution on the red square in Moscow. Their actions are qualified as inconsistent rally. As a result, the opposition leader was fined 20 thousand rubles.
Ildar Dading — the first and only convicted on criminal charges of repeated violation of the rules of holding rallies. In December 2015 he was sentenced to three years in prison. Later the sentence was reduced to six months. February 10, 2017, the constitutional court issued a decision on the necessity of reconsideration of his case. On February 22, the Supreme court overturned the convictions had recognized the right of the Dading for rehabilitation.
