“We would like to be more successful internal self-organization of the work themselves, factions,” said Sevastyanova.
According to her, the meeting of the lower house of the Parliament of the seventh convocation is not visited by an average of 25 of 449 deputies. Sometimes meetings are held without the participation of about 50 deputies. “We have a system of fines, the Deputy simply does not receive their wages for the day that he was not at the plenary session,” she said.
