In the city of Achinsk (Krasnoyarsk territory) opened a criminal case against 34-year-old man who allegedly beat one-year-old son and broke his leg. This was reported on the website of the regional Central Board of the Investigative Committee.
The case was opened under paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 111 of the criminal code (“Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm against a minor”).
According to investigators, on may 15, when his father was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, he repeatedly struck the child’s hand. After that the man did not show the son to the doctors. About the incident became known only a month after the family came the employee of bodies of guardianship. The boy was seized from the family. He was taken to the hospital where the child was diagnosed with fractures and bruises.
The suspect is detained. His guilt he did not recognize, saying that the child fell alone. It is noted that the man was previously convicted. The boy’s mother is in prison.
In April, a kindergarten teacher in North-Western Moscow was beaten by a six year old child who refused to sleep during NAP time. The mother found the child bruised and applied to the health facility, as well as to law enforcement agencies.
