78 people were killed and more than 70 were injured in a traffic accident in the Central African Republic. As reported by Reuters, the incident occurred on the way to the weekly fair in the village of Malum to the North-East of the capital, Bangui.
All the victims were riding in one truck, whose driver exceeded the speed. Chief physician of the University hospital of the nearest city, Bambari Chamberlain Bama (Bama Chamberlain) said that most people died on the spot, but some of the victims relatives were taken home, where they later died.
