Juncker was offended by the deputies of the European Parliament for absenteeism

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has criticized the European Parliament for failing to appear at the plenary meeting, which was scheduled to consider a report on the semi-annual presidency of Malta to the EU and the progress in solving the problems of migrants.
