The Deputy explained that this text will be sent to the leaders of Duma factions, if it is supported, it will be consolidated made by them to the state Duma. In parallel, according to him, it was decided to conduct a sociological study to understand the opinion of Russians.
“The Committee should consider the material: the text and all the amendments on Tuesday,” added Emelyanov.
