Analysis of the Pentagon that Russia is concerned about the possible influence of the USA on regime change in Russia, is unfounded, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
“For many years repeatedly recorded attempts of interference in the internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. It’s not a secret. As we have stated repeatedly on different levels,” Peskov told journalists, commenting on the Pentagon report, which stated that the Kremlin assured the US intention to bring about regime change in Russia.
“In this regard, so to say, that this attempt to analyze, which is made in the mentioned report, certainly, has a basis”, — he stressed.
