Simba — 15-pound orange cat that has the look of a bully and the habits of “the cutest guy in the world.” His new owners — Kay, Berkeley, and Peter Sorkin from Maryland can’t get enough of funny pet.

“It’s beautiful. A very nice guy. It was a lot of news, we’ve all seen. Because we love cats, we immediately realized that this cat — a great, albeit giant,” say Kay and Peter.

Simba is five years old and he already weighs 15 kg. It is detrimental to the animal’s weight: he has sore joints and stomach problems. Previous owner not only fattened Simba, but instead of watching his hair — Peter and Kay first brought fleas in the cat, and then washed it down with dry shampoo, so as not to injure his psyche a bath with water.

The cat came to the shelter after his owner was placed in a nursing home. Unfortunately, he couldn’t take Simba with you.

The new owners are going to put Simba on a diet, while not depriving a favorite food, but feeding it in limited quantities, and will be engaged in the health of your cat. He’s still getting used to the family, but behaves well, reports ABC.
