The Deputy of the state Duma of all convocations explained the refusal of the mandate

The Deputy of the state Duma of all seven convocations Sergey Reshulsky (CPRF) has decided to hand over the mandate because of health problems. He told this in an interview with “Tape.ru” on Wednesday, June 21.

“In April I held another surgery. The load on those members that really work is very large. I will recover”, — the politician said.

The parliamentarian expressed confidence that colleagues will meet his statement about the termination of Deputy powers: “June 20, I wrote a statement. On Friday, I’m sure the Duma will consider it”.

During its work, 65-year-old Reshulsky has submitted for consideration the lower chamber of the Parliament of the 200 legislative initiatives, among which, in particular, the draft law on the prohibition to raise the retirement age until 2025. In 2014, he proposed to make the Soviet movies of public property.

In the state Duma of the seventh convocation, he became part of the Committee on regional policy and problems of North and Far East.

On 7 June the Deputy of the state Duma from the Bryansk region the Vladimir Galenkov wrote a statement about refusal of the Deputy mandate. According to him, he intends to return to work, he founded an agricultural enterprise. Focus on community activities in the field of sport, in turn, decided to Marat Safin. His powers were terminated in the beginning of the month.
