MOSCOW, may 31. /TASS/. Moscow has no doubt that sooner or later Russia and Ukraine will come to the necessity of restoring full ties. This was stated on Wednesday, the Russian foreign Ministry in connection with the 20th anniversary of the bilateral Treaty on friendship, cooperation and partnership.
