Mandatory Uniform state exam (use) in history will not be analogous to the course of history of the Communist party, national history will not be rewritten and to do good, said Friday the head of the Ministry of education of the Russian Federation Olga Vasilyeva, the radio station “Moscow speaking”.
Vasiliev gave a negative answer to a leading question about whether she thought that with the introduction of compulsory exam on the history of Russia will have some analogue of “history”.
She stressed that the history teacher needs to teach their subject with an open mind, “to impose a world view not worth it.”
“We can’t write the blessed history, we have to write the story that is. The only thing the person teaching in grades 10-11 and stands on certain different platforms, it does not have this class, which he believes to draw there where he stands,” — said Vasilyev.
Earlier, the Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation Olga Vasilieva has announced that the exam on the history will become mandatory in 2020.
