The working group of governmental Commission on prevention and liquidation of emergency situations, imposed a state of emergency at the Federal level in Irkutsk region and Krasnoyarsk region in connection with fires, and also in Stavropol Krai due to rain flooding. This was reported in the press service of EMERCOM of Russia.
“In connection with the emergency situation of the Federal nature of the decision of the working group of the government Commission for emergency situations 24 may imposed a state of emergency for the Krasnoyarsk and Stavropol territories, the Irkutsk region and the Federal level of response,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
He explained that this level of response allows the regions to use resources and the resources of the Federal center for liquidation of consequences of emergency situations.
