The Kremlin started to the meeting of Putin and Duterte

In the Kremlin began meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Filipino colleagues Rodrigo Duterte, the correspondent of RIA Novosti.

The talks were expected to pass on Thursday, however, as previously reported by RIA Novosti press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov, due to the fact that the head of the Philippines changed circumstances, the meeting decided the story Tuesday night at Putin’s return from Krasnodar.

In the talks the leaders of Russia and the Philippines, which are held in the Executive office of the 1st building of the Kremlin also attended by the foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, the Minister of economic development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin, head of the foreign Ministry of the Philippines Alan Peter Cayetano, the defense Minister of Philippines, del Lawrence, special assistant to Philippine President Christopher Lawrence.
