Foreign Minister Lavrov has called the Philippines a giant and a legend in diplomacy

MOSCOW, may 25. /TASS/. The Minister of foreign Affairs of the Philippines Alan Peter Cayetano has called the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, a giant of diplomacy and a legend of international relations, thanking him for the opportunity to negotiate.
“This is my first country I visit in the status of the Minister of foreign Affairs, and for me it is an honor to sit next to such a giant, a legend of international relations and diplomacy — he turned to Lavrov. — Thank you for the invitation, your Excellency.”
The Russian Minister replied: “You flatter me”.
“We, Filipinos, speak only the truth,” Cayetano replied.
Now in Moscow pass negotiations of heads the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia and the Philippines. The sides will discuss the implementation of the agreements reached during Tuesday’s meeting of leaders of the two countries, Vladimir Putin and Rodrigo Duterte.
