The speaker of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Vyacheslav Makarov criticized the appearance of the employee of the Committee for city planning and architecture. About it reports “Rosbalt” on Wednesday, may 24.
Makarov during the plenary session of the city Parliament made the remark to the head of the Committee Vladimir Grigoriev: “I want to pay attention to your helpmate, with whom you’re talking. You would have at zacks in Slippers and Bathrobe came. Or in my pajamas!”
He noted that civil servants are obliged to observe a certain dress code. After that, the Deputy Oksana Dmitrieva asked Makarov, whether it suits her costume, however, the speaker left the question unanswered.
According to the newspaper, an employee whose appearance the speaker has considered it inappropriate, was dressed in black pants, ballet flats and a cardigan of a dark color.
In October last year, Makarov made the remark to the Deputy Alexander Rassudovo because he came to the meeting without a tie. According to the speaker of the legislative Assembly, without a tie, you can attend only sporting events.
A month later, the media reported that in the Mariinsky Palace will no longer put on high heels. Makarov denied the report and expressed the hope that it will be more likely to see in the Parliament building girls in heels.
In the rules of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly stipulates that an official event should dress in business style.
