The deputies from all four Duma factions in the Duma introduced amendments to the bill of the renovation of the Russian capital.
Note that the speaker of the lower house of Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin held a meeting with representatives of all factions on the subject of the amendment.
Volodin told “Vedomosti” that the new amendments guarantee the residents of demolished five-story building right to challenge in court the decision to participate in the home renovation programme. Also Muscovites will be able to apply to the court for the issue of the size envisaged for them compensation.
In addition, as stressed by Volodin, apartments for substitution will be provided to residents of homes exclusively in the areas of current residence. For a decision on the demolition of the house need to is made of 2/3 of its residents, said the speaker of the state Duma.
